CNC Wood & MDF Routing
CNC routing for MDF, plywood and solid wood, including decorative panels, screens, signage, furniture components and custom cut profiles.
MZ Fabrication provides CNC routing for wood-based materials where accurate cutting, repeatability and detailed patterns are required. We work from CAD files, dimensions or suitable reference designs to produce decorative and functional components for residential, commercial and custom fabrication projects.

How we work
File preparation
CAD or vector files are checked and prepared for routing. Suitable designs can also be developed from dimensions or reference material where required.
Material setup
MDF, plywood or solid wood is prepared and secured for accurate machining.
CNC routing
Components are routed according to the approved geometry, including cut-outs, profiles and decorative patterns.
Finishing & handover
Routed parts are checked and can proceed to sanding, assembly, finishing or further fabrication where required.
