Delivery, Returns & Refunds

This policy explains how MZ Fabrication delivers products, handles delivery quotations and reviews returns, cancellations and refunds. It is subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights and any specific written conditions accepted for a bespoke project.
Delivery area and charges
Online sales and delivery arrangements currently cover Pakistan, subject to destination and carrier/service availability. Most standard-size products have a fixed or store-wide delivery charge, shown at checkout. Large or unusual products may require an individual delivery quotation. Shipping fees are distinct from product prices, and the discount on full bank transfer for standard goods applies to products only. For quoted delivery, checkout shows a provisional amount, and no payment is requested until the delivery price and final total are agreed.
Dispatch and delivery
MZ Fabrication confirms the order and required payment before production or dispatch. Dispatch/delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly agreed in writing. We will advise customers about material delays, access restrictions or special handling. Customers should provide an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. Unloading, lifting and installation are not included unless the order or quotation expressly provides them.
Delivery issues and inspection
Customers should examine goods when reasonably possible and promptly contact us if packaging or products are damaged, items are missing, or an item differs materially from its order. Please provide the order number, images and a concise explanation. We will review the problem and arrange a reasonable remedy as required by applicable law, which may include correction, repair, replacement, exchange or refund.
Standard stocked products
For a change-of-mind request concerning a standard product, contact MZ Fabrication before arranging a return. We will confirm whether return is possible based on the item’s condition, installation/use and order circumstances, and disclose any applicable return transport responsibility. We do not promise an unconditional change-of-mind return period in this draft. Defective, incorrect or materially nonconforming goods are assessed separately and retain mandatory legal remedies.
Made-to-order and personalised products
Custom products are manufactured to approved drawings, dimensions, names, finishes or other agreed requirements. A change-of-mind request after materials are bought or production begins may result in charges for reasonable, documented work or materials already committed, where permitted by law. Custom manufacture does not remove mandatory rights if goods are defective or materially different from the agreed specification.
Advances, cancellations and refunds
Full or partial upfront payments are credited against the final order amount. For an accepted cancellation, refundable amounts, if any, depend on the order stage, documented commitments, agreed terms and applicable law. A deposit or full upfront payment is not automatically non-refundable in every case. Where a refund is agreed or legally required, we will confirm the amount and refund method. We may request necessary receiving-account information through a secure communication channel; customers should not send unnecessary banking secrets or credentials through forms.
