Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of the MZ Fabrication website, quotation requests and online orders. They should be read together with our Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing here limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Quotations and order acceptance

A quotation request is an enquiry, not an accepted production order. Quotes rely on customer-supplied measurements, drawings, specifications, quantities and project information. Submitting an online order creates a request for purchase. MZ Fabrication will contact the customer for phone confirmation and verify availability, delivery and applicable payment terms before activating the order for production or dispatch.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless stated otherwise. Delivery arrangements and promotional terms are displayed at checkout or confirmed directly where a delivery quotation is required.

  • Ready-stock standard products: Cash on Delivery (where offered), or full Direct Bank Transfer with the discount displayed at checkout. The current standard-product discount is 5% on product prices only, excluding delivery.
  • Made-to-order and personalised products: Full payment before production is the normal requirement. The entire final order amount, including agreed delivery, is payable when the product is configured for 100% upfront payment.
  • Approved exceptions: Some made-to-order items may permit a 50% or another stated advance. A partial advance applies to the product subtotal only; the remaining product balance and any delivery charges are payable on delivery unless specifically agreed otherwise.
  • Mixed orders: If an order contains made-to-order items, the checkout applies the highest required upfront percentage among those items to the combined product subtotal. A 100% requirement applies to the entire final order total, including delivery.
  • Quoted delivery: Any displayed total before agreeing delivery is provisional. MZ Fabrication will agree the final delivery charge and payment terms before requesting payment. Bespoke projects may use an individually accepted quotation instead of ordinary checkout terms.

MZ Fabrication will not start custom production until the required approvals and payment have been verified. Discount and payment options shown to the customer at checkout or in an accepted quotation take precedence over general examples in this policy.

Specifications and custom manufacture

Customers should provide accurate dimensions, drawings and project details and review requested approvals. MZ Fabrication will work to the agreed specifications. Changes after approval or after materials have been committed may affect price and timing, subject to customer agreement. Customer-provided designs must be supplied with appropriate rights or permissions.

Product availability and presentation

Ready-stock availability can change. Made-to-order products may show as available because they are produced against a confirmed order. Product photographs are illustrative; appearance and finishes may vary reasonably with materials, lighting and screens. Significant differences from the agreed specification will be handled under applicable consumer-protection requirements.

Delivery and installation

Delivery is offered where available to destinations in Pakistan. Fees may be fixed by item, calculated under store-wide rules or quoted for bulky orders. Customer collection is not a standard online option; any exception must be arranged privately. Installation, site preparation and unloading are included only if agreed in writing. Estimated delivery/completion dates are not guarantees unless specifically agreed as such, and material delays will be communicated.

Inspection, complaints and remedies

Please inspect goods as soon as reasonably possible and report damage, shortages, incorrect products or material workmanship problems promptly with photographs and the order reference if available. MZ Fabrication will assess complaints and offer an appropriate lawful remedy. Late reporting does not automatically remove rights protected by applicable law.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Change-of-mind requests and cancellations depend on the type of product and the stage of manufacture. Costs reasonably and demonstrably incurred on custom work may be considered, subject to any applicable legal restrictions. Defective or materially nonconforming goods retain statutory remedies even if custom manufactured. Website operation and liability

We aim to keep information accurate. If there is a significant pricing or description error before acceptance or fulfilment, we will contact the customer to discuss correction, alternative supply or cancellation and appropriate refunds. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory liability or rights under Pakistani consumer law. Other limitations apply only to the extent the law permits.
