How we work
Material preparation
Sheet material is cut and prepared to the required blank size before forming.
Press setup
Tooling, bend sequence and forming requirements are prepared according to the approved dimensions.
Bending & forming
Components are pressed and formed to achieve the required shape, angle and fit.
nspection & further fabrication
Finished components are checked and can proceed to welding, assembly, finishing or delivery as required.
