MZ Fabrication provides CNC laser cutting for sheet-metal components, architectural panels, fabrication parts and custom designs. We work from CAD drawings, dimensions or suitable reference files to produce accurate cut profiles for one-off jobs as well as repeat production.

How we work
File preparation
CAD files are checked and prepared for cutting. Where required, suitable drawings can be developed from dimensions or reference information.
Material setup
The required sheet material and thickness are confirmed and prepared for production.
CNC laser cutting
Components are cut according to the approved geometry, with nesting arranged to use material efficiently where practical.
Finishing & handover
Cut parts are checked and can proceed to bending, welding, fabrication or finishing where required.
